v0.20.0 — Chimera Desktop app

Chimera now has a desktop app — a local web UI (React + TypeScript + Tailwind) that talks to the Python core over HTTP + Server-Sent Events. No Electron, no cloud, no CORS: chimera app serves the built UI and the API together on 127.0.0.1.

~ $cost(or "unavailable"), and memory facts recalled + which layer. Nothing fabricated. - Persisted sessions — a conversation list that survives restarts (
GET/POST/DELETE /api/sessions), stored atomically under<home>/sessions/. - The bearer token (
CHIMERA_SERVER_TOKEN) guards the mutating endpoints; the core CLI and stdlib messaging gateway are untouched. The frontend lives inapps/desktop(built assets are served same-origin).
Settings / Memory / Skills / Cron / Tasks screens land next (Fase B/C); a native Tauri installer is the optional Fase D.
Built and smoke-tested end to end against a real model. Gate: 1473 passed / 4 skipped, mypy + ruff green.
Upgrade: `pip install --upgrade 'chimera-agent[desktop]'` then `npm --prefix apps/desktop install && npm --prefix apps/desktop run build && chimera app`
