Draft. These terms take effect when S1-Pro launches; until then they describe how the service will work. The operating company is being registered in Brazil and will be named here before launch.
These terms cover the hosted S1-Pro API. The open-source Chimera agent is covered by its Apache-2.0 licence, not by this page.
The service
S1-Pro returns probabilities for typed questions (Choice, Score, Yes/No) about content you send. It is a statistical model: its outputs are estimates, not facts or guarantees.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all usage made with them. Tell us immediately if a key is exposed so we can revoke it.
Acceptable use
Do not use S1-Pro for anything unlawful, to process data you have no right to process, to attack or overload the service, or to reverse-engineer or extract the model.
Decisions with consequences
Do not make decisions with legal, medical, financial or similarly significant effects on people based solely on S1-Pro's output. Keep a human in the loop and use the probabilities to send uncertain cases to review.
Your data
How we treat request content and metadata is described in the privacy policy. In short: request content is not stored and is never used to train models.
Availability
During early access the service is provided without an uptime commitment. Service levels, if any, will be announced before paid plans start.
Fees
Prices are published before launch and charged per input token; output is not charged. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the content you send and to the decisions returned for it. The S1-Pro model, its weights and the service remain ours.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
