chimera explore

Locate relevant code via the isolated Context Explorer subagent (FastContext-style). Returns only a compact file:line evidence block — the exploration turns never touch your context. A cheap model is usually the right call here; localization is a narrow task. With CHIMERA_EXPLORER_CONTRACT on, it returns findings with a location each, a gaps section, and a check of every cited location against the workspace.
