Image-only models work through OpenRouter. FLUX, Recraft, GPT Image and Krea go to OpenRouter's images endpoint with the size parameters each model declares; before, every one of them failed instantly with a bare "image generation failed". Failures now say why (HTTP status and OpenRouter's message). (#1113)

The "Ignore permissions" button shows its state and acts at once. It always read "off" because the conversation list never carried the switch, and turning it on mid-turn only took effect on the next turn. The button now shows the real state, and the running turn's next action is released as soon as the switch is on. (#1112)

Web search says why it failed: a refused key, an account out of credit (top up at the provider) or a failing provider, and the
automode moves on to the next configured provider instead of retrying a dead one. (#1111) -
A run whose model provider and fallback both time out now ends with a record (cost of the calls already made, reason "provider_timeout", exit code 13) instead of crashing with nothing written. (#1110)
