Added

  • Bot MCP access is an explicit server allowlist. CHIMERA_MCP_AUTOLOAD no longer exposes its connected servers to messaging bots by itself; CHIMERA_BOT_MCP_SERVERS opts named servers in, and every rea tool call that runs there is reported to the owner like on any other surface.

Changed

  • rea's target-changing tools stay available, with an alert for every call. The tools the rea catalogue entry lists in exec_tools are no longer removed on surfaces without an approver; each call that runs is recorded in the audit log and reported to the owner through the configured approval webhook, and a call an inner governance layer refuses is neither recorded nor announced.

Fixed

  • Stabilise countdown and folder-wait tests. Hold the countdown tick while checking its first paint, and wait for the second turn's folder_busy notice instead of relying on runner timing.
